Han Lee & Yeng Wedding 17/10/09

Attended Han Lee & Yeng wedding banquet at Empire's newly opened Grand Hall last night. The place is really marvellous!!! If it was opened last year before our wedding, I would make HB use that hall too for our banquet instead of holding a 2 night's banquet :p Anyhows, below are the pictures of wedding banquet taken by me and HB :) Enjoy~

Our first dish - hot and cold platter

2nd dish - Shark fin's soup. Look at the strips of shark fin in this soup!!! Marvellous~

3rd dish - Deep fried prawn with wasabi. Really exquisite!!!

HB's share - can still deco nicely again *LOL*

4th dish - Steamed seabass. *P/S - did not take picture of the 5th dish cos everyone was still hungry and the chicken dish was all gone before I can snap it :s

6th dish - Braised mushroom with abalone and broccoli. I didn't take the abalone :) *P/S - did not take a picture of the 7th dish which is fried rice with assorted meat. Everyone was rushing to get the rice :s
