Night 1

Mum went off to Kuching yesterday as she has her check up this Tuesday from her previous surgery. That leaves me 19 days being a full time worker and slave at work and at home :s So here I am putting up a post on the dinner that I am cooking for HB and bro. The following nights to come will have pictures too on the dinner that I prepare :) Enjoy tonight's dinner :D

Spicy chabi (kampung vege) with fried ikan bilis

Stir fry cabbage with egg

Deep fry sliced fish fillet (the sauce for this is below) :)

Suppose to be creamy egg white sauce but I failed :s
