Short Break

Last weekend was the beginning of school term break for one week and it was also the only holiday I got as I am conducting extra classes for the whole week of the term break for my exam classes. Hubby decided to have a short break too before he has to "add oil" with his school work. So we decided to head down to Miri for an overnight trip. Since it was a last minute decision, I did not do any advance booking at any hotel in Miri. 




Upon arrival in Miri, we were shocked to find out that our favourite hotel was fully booked as there were 2 functions going on at that hotel. Then we tried 2 hotels before we found one that has one Superior room left. I hurriedly checked in for that room before it was being taken by another walk in customer O.o

After dinner we went for shopping and after shopping, this is a must for us in Miri :p Starbucks for supper. Plus we  had our drinks for free as we were being given free vouchers for Starbucks drink from Seasons restaurant earlier this month ;)

Bought some goodies from Skin Food

On Sunday morning, after we checked out and headed to our car, we saw an idiotic car that parked so near to our car that HB can't even enter the driver side. HB had to enter from the front passenger side. Wonder how the idiotic driver manage to get out from his own car O.o
